A case study photo film for east London based charity Switchback. The charity takes it's name from the intensive, personalised mentoring scheme pitched at those young offenders [ 18 - 24 yr old males ] who can demonstrate a commitment to wanting to make a genuine change to their lives upon the completion of their prison sentence. The charity has in place a number of work placement schemes with respected brands and employers. It also takes it's trainees on excursions beyond the city limits and keeps up with them even after they find work. Switchback's focus then, and what sets it apart from other similar organisations, is the nature, quality and terms of the relationship that it seeks to establish between mentor and trainee. Switchback trainee Mo and his mentor Henry bring this concept alive.
